This Refund Policy describes how AIvora Labs LLC ("AIvora Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles refund requests for purchases made through aivoralabs.co, including SaaS subscriptions and digital products. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
If you are a new customer purchasing a paid Subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase, provided that you have not violated our Terms of Service. This guarantee applies only to your first paid Subscription with us.
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. We send renewal reminders before the renewal date so you have time to cancel if you no longer wish to continue. If you forget to cancel and your Subscription renews, you can contact us within seven (7) days of the renewal charge to request a refund; we review these requests in good faith and may approve a full or partial refund at our discretion, provided you have not used the Services materially during that period.
You can cancel a Subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@aivoralabs.co. When you cancel, your Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.
If you purchased an annual Subscription and wish to cancel before the end of the term, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion within the first thirty (30) days. After day 30, annual Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Digital products include one-time purchases such as templates, software licenses, downloadable assets, courses, and similar items ("Digital Products"). Because Digital Products are delivered electronically and become accessible immediately on purchase, they are generally non-refundable once the download link, license key, or access credential has been delivered or the content has been accessed.
We will, however, consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
To request a refund for a Digital Product, contact us within seven (7) days of purchase at support@aivoralabs.co with your order details and a description of the issue.
If a Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, or if a critical defect prevents you from using a core feature, contact us. We may, at our discretion, provide a partial refund, account credit, or extension of your Subscription term as a remedy.

We aim to review and respond to refund requests within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. It may take an additional five to ten (5-10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account while the dispute is resolved.
Purchases made with significant discounts, promotional codes, or lifetime deal pricing may be subject to different refund terms, which will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Where stated, lifetime deals and similar promotional offers may be non-refundable.
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including any right to withdraw from a contract within a cooling-off period or to receive a refund for products that are defective or not as described. Where local law grants you stronger rights than those described here, those local rights apply.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, or that violate our Terms of Service.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Changes apply only to purchases made after the effective date of the update.
